This family house on Sukhumvit Soi 42/1 is 200 meters off of Sukhumvit and close to the Phra Khanong BTS station. It features two outdoor gardens, a large kitchen with a dining area for up to 14 people and an open layout plan with lots of sleeping areas, two full bathrooms and a powder bath for the guests.
The building can easily house a family of 5 with a guest bedroom on the 2nd floor, an open 3rd floor layout and bedrooms on 4th and 5th floors. There is a laundry machine on the fourth floor with available hookups for a second kitchen and the ground floor kitchen can also be used as a production kitchen.
The ground floor features a hand made dining table for up to 14 people with high ceilings and lots of lighting option. The space opens into a quiet Soi with no car traffic, only mopeds and pedestrians on our block….
The other side of the floor has a professional grade kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, 2 ovens, a large cooking stove and a spacious double sink. There is a island as well as tons of counter space. This kitchen was regularly used to produce 5 course dinners for up to 14 people and has a 15 square meter garden in the back.
The second floor mezzanine overlooks the dining area and the garden in the back of the building. It has a guest bedroom with a full bathroom and another half bath for dinner guests.
The third floor is an open space, a 50 square meter area that can be used for entertainment, sleeping or a home office. It is made in image of NYC commercial lofts with polished concrete floors and large windows on both ends facing our quiet street on one side and the garden and 42 Tee Off golf driving range on the other side of the building.
The forth floor has a door that can be used to divide the fourth and fifth floors into a separate apartment. It features tons of closet space with sleeping area on one side and a laundry area on the other.
Both ends of the forth floor have huge windows with tons of light coming in. There is also a balcony on one side with a view of the Soi and foot traffic below.
The fifth floor has the second outdoor garden with outdoor bath tub for two and two outdoor showers. The other half of the floor is open space bedroom with a bathroom.
The sleeping area has views of the quiet golf driving range and lots of greenery…
